About the instructor
Tiffany McCann
I have been practicing yoga for 20 years because, in yoga, I found respite for “monkey mind.” Simply, my mind and body were never more relaxed than after a yoga asana practice. After attending my first retreat with Shiva Rea, my teacher, I was hooked on the yoga style that she developed, Prana Flow. I was certified and began teaching in 2011. I have since studied with other teachers and other styles. I have also studied Ayurveda, a sister science to yoga, which uses ancient wisdom for health and healing. I am driven by endless curiosity about the power of the human spirit and using yoga for it’s exploration.
